Raipur. BJP candidate Sunil Soni, who entered the Raipur South by-election fray, has filed his nomination. During this, many BJP leaders including MP Brijmohan Agarwal, Lalit Jaisingh were present. Let us tell you that in fact, Raipur South seat has fallen vacant after BJP MLA Brijmohan Agarwal was elected MP. Voting will be held on this seat on November 13 and counting of votes will be done on November 23. The Central Election Commission had announced the by-election on October 15.
