Wave of happiness among parents
Hope for bright future of children rises
Raipur, June 11, 2025 l The children of Baturakachar, a remote village in Gharghoda block of Raigarh district, are now going to get an opportunity for better education. Earlier there was only one teacher in the primary school here, he too used to come to teach from some other school under the arrangement. But now under the rationalization process of the state government, 4 teachers have been posted in this school.
97 children study in this school. The education of the children was getting affected due to lack of teachers. Village parent Itwar Das Mahant said that his son Tikeshwar studies in class 2, but the entire school was running on the strength of one teacher. He said that the initial years of education of children are very important and this time was being wasted due to lack of teachers. Now with the arrival of teachers, the education of the children will improve. Shakharam Rathia of the same village also expressed happiness on getting a teacher. He said that his son Tulsesh is in the third class and the absence of a teacher used to affect his studies. Earlier, the entire school had to be closed if a teacher went on leave, but now this problem will not exist.
The education department of the district has completed the rationalization process on 3 and 4 June, due to which teachers have been sent to 21 such schools of the district, where there were no teachers earlier. Most of the schools are in remote rural areas. Now regular classes will be held here and the studies of the children will be back on track. This initiative being taken under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai has given parents a new hope about the future of their children. This effort of the education department is proving to be a big step towards improving the quality of education in rural areas.
