“Shocking: 11-Year-Old Boy Kidnapped and Killed in Dehradun Jungle”
Dehradun: A shocking incident has come to light in the Selakui area, where an 11-year-old boy was murdered by none other than his own neighbors. The perpetrators killed the boy as a form of revenge against his father. According to the police, the child was abducted and killed by the two accused in a brutal act driven by their personal grievances. The boy’s father, Irfan, who lives in Selakui, had filed a complaint with the police, stating that his 11-year-old son, Arman, had gone missing from their home without informing anyone. Despite an extensive search, Arman could not be found. Realizing the seriousness of the situation, the police immediately began searching for the boy, reviewing CCTV footage from nearby areas. The footage revealed that a man on a motorcycle was seen taking the child away.
When the police showed the CCTV footage to Arman’s father, it was revealed that the person who took the boy was identified as Arbaaz, a laborer who lived in Selakui. The police detained Arbaaz for questioning. During intense interrogation, Arbaaz admitted to having abducted the boy along with his friend, Sohel, on January 11. The two had taken the child to the Sudwawala forest area, where they murdered him. Following the lead, the police found the child’s body in the jungle. During questioning, Arbaaz explained that he had a good relationship with Arman’s father, as they lived near each other. However, the two had a previous dispute over some matter. As a result, Arbaaz and Sohel decided to abduct the boy and kill him to intimidate his father. The accused confessed that on the day of the abduction, they had been drinking and took the boy to the forest. When the child began to scream, fearing he would be recognized, the two men strangled him in a drunken state and left his body in the jungle. They even pretended to search for the boy with his family afterward to avoid suspicion. Both Arbaaz and Sohel were arrested, and a case was filed against them under the relevant sections of the law. They have now been sent to jail.
