Shami’s statement on not being selected for Australia tour
Next month the Indian team will tour Australia. During this, a five-match Test series will be played between the two teams, which is also known as the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. On Friday, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced Team India. Mohammed Shami was not included in it. Now the fast bowler’s statement has come on this decision of the board.
Shami apologized
The 34-year-old bowler is currently recovering from surgery. The star pacer shared a video from his social media handle on Sunday in which he is seen sweating in the gym. Along with this, he also wrote a caption, in which the veteran apologized to the fans and BCCI. Shami wrote – I am working hard to improve my bowling fitness day by day. Will continue to work hard to be match-ready and play domestic red ball cricket. Apologizes to all cricket fans and BCCI, but very soon I will be ready to play red ball cricket.
