Chhattisgarh: Today, the 76th Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in the only government dental college of Chhattisgarh. On this occasion, the Principal of the college, heads of various departments, all the professors, officers and employees were present. After hoisting the flag, Principal Dr. Virendra Vadher explained the importance of Republic Day and congratulated everyone on the 76th Republic Day. In his address, he enumerated many achievements of the college and said that the number of patients in the college is continuously increasing and being the only government dental college in the state of Chhattisgarh, everyone’s expectations are also high from this college. Now postgraduate courses have started in all the departments in this college, due to which the treatment related problems of the patients are being resolved soon. He said that now the purchase of new equipment will be done soon through CGMSC and at the same time encouraged the postgraduate students studying there for research work, due to which the patients coming for treatment and the students studying there will be benefited. The Principal also announced that the system of biometric attendance (in and out) along with e-office would be started soon for the employees and officers working in the institute.
