Recruitment for 16 Positions in the Directorate of Sports and Youth Welfare, Applications Due by November 29
The Directorate of Sports and Youth Welfare has announced a contract recruitment for a total of 16 positions, including Wardens, Storekeepers, Assistant Grade-3, and Support Staff. This includes 1 male Warden, 1 female Warden, 1 Storekeeper, 1 Assistant Grade-3, and 2 Support Staff positions for the State Sports Training Center in Bahtarai, Bilaspur. Additionally, there are 10 Support Staff positions available for field offices.
Tanushree Salam, the Director of Sports and Youth Welfare, shared late Saturday evening that the department will expedite the recruitment process for all vacant positions for which they have received approval from the finance department. The advertisement for these contract positions has already been released. Proposals for direct recruitment for regular positions through the Public Service Commission and Vyapam will also be sent promptly once approval is obtained from the finance department.Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications in the prescribed format via registered post by 5 PM on November 29, 2024.
The recruitment process will be carried out based on the recommendations of the recruitment committee in accordance with departmental recruitment rules. The director has already formed this recruitment committee. Application forms can be downloaded from the department’s website at www.sportsyw.cg.gov.in. Detailed advertisements and application forms are also available on the department’s website and the notice board at the Directorate of Sports and Youth Welfare located at Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel International Hockey Stadium, Raipur.
