Rajgarh: Clinic Making Misleading Claims About Curing Sugar and Paralysis Sealed
Rajgarh, November 17 : A clinic in the Employee Colony of Biyawara that was misleading patients by claiming to cure sugar and paralysis without proper registration has been sealed by a team from the health department. According to reports, on August 9, a free health camp was organized by Vijendra Sharma at house number 17 in Employee Colony, Biyawara. During this event, patients were misled into believing that their sugar and paralysis issues could be completely cured with medication given on betel leaves.
Acting on the instructions of the Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO), a team from the health department, led by Civil Hospital Superintendent Sorin Dutta, visited the site to inspect the documents. They found that the clinic was operating under the name of a welfare society without any registration, and patients were being misled. The team took action and sealed the unregistered clinic. Tehsildar Subhash Alwe and local police station in-charge Govind Meena were also present during the operation.
