Raipur News: Instructions for action on illegal plotting and construction

Raipur. Meeting of the Advisory Committee of the Municipal Corporation Urban Planning and Building License Department at the Corporation Headquarters. Mayor Ejaz Dhebar, MIC member Shri Kumar Menon, Commissioner Abinash Mishra along with Advisory Committee members Corporation Zone 9 Zone President Pramod Mishra, Councilor Shri Rohit Sahu, Uttam Sahu, It took place in the presence of Bholaram Sahu, Purushottam Behera, Tilak Patel, Virendra Dewangan, Corporation Additional Commissioner Mr. Vinod Pandey, In-charge City Investor Mr. Nishikant Verma, Executive Engineers, Assistant Engineers and Sub Engineers of the City Investment Department. In the meeting, Commissioner Shri Abinash Mishra gave instructions to the officials of the Zone Urban Investment Department to take strict action as per rules on all the cases of illegal plating happening in the area of Zone No. 9 and 10 by running a campaign. The Commissioner directed that the Urban Investment Departments of all the zones Officials should ensure that no complaint of illegal plotting remains pending anywhere in the Municipal Corporation area. As soon as information about the case of illegal plotting is received, the Municipal Investment Department of the concerned zone should immediately launch a campaign and take strict action at the site. Mayor Ejaz Dhebar, MIC member Shri Kumar Menon has given instructions to take strict action against all the cases of illegal construction by running a campaign as per rules. In the meeting of the advisory committee, Mayor Mr. Ejaz Dhebar and MIC member Mr. Kumar Menon have given instructions to the officials to run a campaign to remove illegal encroachments on drains in various places of the capital city Raipur Municipal Corporation area on priority. The member ward councilors gave suggestions in the advisory committee meeting. Instructions were given to preserve the lands left by the builders for EWS houses as per rules.
