Public welfare campaign and public welfare festival will start from December 11 in the state: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav
Jan-Kalyan Abhiyan will be dedicated to the welfare of youth, women, farmers and the poor
Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that for the welfare and development of youth, women, farmers and poor, Mukhyamantri Jan-Kalyan Abhiyan will be run in the state from 11 December to 26 January, 2025. In this, the beneficiaries of the identified beneficiary-oriented schemes of 100 percent saturation of the Central and State Government and the schemes provided with targets will be benefited. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Jan-Kalyan Parv will also be celebrated in the state from 11 December to 26 December, under which the activities and development works of various departments will be inaugurated and Bhoomi Pujan will also be done. Along with this, the achievements of one year of the state government will also be displayed. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was discussing the action plan of the activities to be held in the Chief Minister Jan-Kalyan Abhiyan and Jan-Kalyan Parv at Samatva Bhavan located at the Chief Minister’s residence on Sunday.
Chief Minister’s public welfare campaign
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the main objective of the Jan-Kalyan Abhiyan is to work with determination for the welfare and development of the youth, women, farmers and poor sections of the state by the Central and State Government and to implement the schemes being run for their benefit on the ground. In this, the target has been set to easily deliver 34 beneficiary-oriented, 11 target-based and 63 other services to the common citizens. The activities conducted under the campaign will be monitored on the CM Helpline Dashboard, which will also be visible to the Chief Minister, Collector and department officials. The Chief Minister said that the period of Revenue Maha Abhiyan-3, being run for the resolution of revenue related matters, should be extended till January 26, 2025.
Camps will be organized in rural and urban areas
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that during the campaign period, by organizing camps in urban and rural areas, the problems of the common people will be resolved and the benefits of the schemes will be given to the eligible beneficiaries by identifying them. Cards of citizens of the age group of 70 years and above will be made under the Ayushman scheme. The Chief Minister said that the atmosphere of the organized camps and the facilities provided in them should be publicized in such a way that the citizens come to the camp on their own will.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed to constitute a contact team of officers and employees within the time limit for Jan-Kalyan Abhiyan and to identify the citizens deprived of the benefits of the schemes. The camps to be organized under the Abhiyan will be decided by the District Collector under the guidance of the Minister in charge of the district. The Chief Minister said that a roster of the place and date of the camps to be organized in all the gram panchayats and all the wards of the urban bodies of the state should be prepared and publicized. For monitoring the camps, a sector officer should be appointed at the zone level in urban areas and at each Panchayat cluster in rural areas.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav informed that there will be various development activities in the Chief Minister Jan-Kalyan Parv to be celebrated in the state from 11 to 26 December 2024. The festival will be inaugurated on 11 December in Bhopal with the distribution of the amount of Ladli Behna Yojana. Along with this, there will be a grand Gita recitation on Gita Jayanti. During the festival period, Bhoomi Pujan of Sandwa Micro Irrigation Scheme of Alirajpur, cultural programs and exhibition focused on the achievements of one year of the state government, bike rally of youth from Bhopal, Sehore and Raisen near Ratapani Sanctuary, distribution of nutrition kits to children under Akshaya Patra program, cultural program under Tansen Samaroh in Gwalior, inauguration of Convention Center and unveiling of the statue of Maharaja Jiwaji Rao Scindia will take place. Unveiling of the statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in Jabalpur, Bhoomi Pujan of Gaushala in Umaria village, Big Youth Dialogue (Self-employment, employment-centric programme), presentation by police band, inauguration of forest fair, inauguration of Parvati-Kalisindh river linking project, dialogue with saints, conference of beneficiaries of PM Swanidhi Yojana, Convocation ceremony at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University Indore, inauguration of Solar Park at Khandwa-Omkareshwar, Bhoomi Pujan of IT Park at Ujjain, Sports Promotion Programme at Bhopal, distribution of benefits under various schemes, inauguration of pond beautification at Sagar, organisation of Chintan Shivir, Cabinet meeting at Raja Bhabhut Singh Smriti at Narmadapuram (Pachmarhi) and dialogue programme with students at Bhopal (Ravindra Bhavan).
In the meeting, Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Rajesh Rajoura informed that in the 47-day long Mukhyamantri Jan-Kalyan Abhiyan from 11 December to 26 January 2025, teams of inter-departmental officers and employees will be formed in each district. This team will identify the beneficiaries, obtain their applications and organize a camp. A sector officer will be appointed at each Panchayat level to monitor the camp. After the camp, the remaining pending cases will be resolved by 26 January 2025. The distribution of benefits to the beneficiaries will be done during the camp and in the Gram Sabhas on Republic Day.
One year achievements of the state government will be shared
On the occasion of completion of one year of Madhya Pradesh government on 13 December, under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, development works worth more than 630 crores will be inaugurated and Bhoomi Pujan will be done in Bhopal division. A bike rally of youth from Bhopal, Sehore and Raisen will be organized from Ratapani Sanctuary to Goljod of the city. An exhibition on public welfare works and achievements of the state government in the last one year of its tenure will be organized at all the district headquarters of the state. Along with cultural programs, the “logo” of the Industries Conclave to be held in 2025 will be unveiled and the theme will be launched. An attractive performance will be given by the band of Madhya Pradesh Police.
Various programmes will be organised in Gwalior, Jabalpur, Shahdol, Sagar and Pachmarhi during the 16-day long Jan Kalyan Parv. River linking campaign, forest fairs, police band performance, Tansen Samaroh in Gwalior and inauguration of convention centre and Akshaya Patra like schemes and programmes will be organised. Along with this, the achievements of the state government in the last one year will be shared with the people of the state.
Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Dr. Rajesh Rajoura gave a presentation of the works to be done during the campaign and the festival. Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Rajendra Shukla, Shri Jagdish Devda, Labor Minister Shri Prahlad Singh Patel and other public representatives who joined the meeting virtually also gave their suggestions. On this occasion, MP Shri V.D. Sharma, Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Jain, DGP Shri Kailash Makwana, Additional Chief Secretaries and Principal Secretaries of the concerned departments were present.
