Public problem resolution fortnight: 178 applications resolved immediately, income certificates of 78 citizens made immediately
Raipur. As per the instructions of the Urban Administration and Development Department of Chhattisgarh Government, camps were organized from 10 am to 3 pm in the wards of Raipur Municipal Corporation under the Public Problem Resolution Fortnight from 27 July to 10 August. The time for the camps under the Public Problem Resolution Fortnight was fixed from 10 am to 3 pm in all the 70 wards of Raipur Municipal Corporation. In the camps organized in each ward, officials of various government departments including Raipur Municipal Corporation were present in the stipulated time period to listen to the public problems and resolve them as quickly as possible. In view of the convenience of the common people of the ward, Raipur Municipal Corporation organized an additional camp under the Jan Samasya Nivaran Pakhwada in the Community Hall of Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya Jora in Shaheed Pandit Vidyacharan Shukla Shaheed Ward of Zone 9 under Ward No. 51.
On the instructions of the Deputy Chief Minister of the state, Urban Administration and Development, Public Works Minister Arun Saw, the administrative arrangements of the additional camp organized in Ward No. 51 of Municipal Corporation Zone No. 9 yesterday were reviewed by Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra. Municipal Corporation Zone 9 Commissioner Santosh Pandey reached the Jan Samasya Nivaran Pakhwada camp in the presence of Executive Engineer K.K. Sharma, Zone Assistant Revenue Officer Vijay Sharma and related zone officials and local social worker Dr. Devendra Kumar Chandravanshi and directly observed the stalls of various government departments of Raipur Municipal Corporation, Raipur District Administration and Chhattisgarh Government along with various departments. Residents of Jora, Labhandi, Krishak Nagar, Sainagar, Pragati Nagar etc. areas under ward number 51 of zone number 9 reached in large numbers in the additional camp organized under the public problem resolution fortnight as per the order of the Chief Minister of the state Shri Vishnu Dev Sai and the instructions of Deputy Chief Minister Urban Administration and Development Minister Shri Arun Saw and got immediate solution to public problems at the camp site. In the camp organized in the community hall of Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya of ward 51 of zone 9 of the Municipal Corporation, out of the total 268 applications received from the citizens, 178 applications were resolved immediately at the camp site itself. In the camp, income certificates of 78 citizens were made immediately on the spot. 31 citizens got their Aadhar cards corrected immediately. Instructions were given to the concerned departments for immediate solution of the remaining 90 demands. The process of providing income certificates immediately to the citizens who reached the additional public problem resolution fortnight camp organized in ward number 51 of Corporation Zone 9, within minutes of applying, continued uninterrupted. The concerned beneficiaries expressed happiness over the quick solution and thanked the Urban Administration and Development Department of Chhattisgarh Government, Raipur District Administration, Raipur Municipal Corporation.
