Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that journalism is an important link for the preservation of democracy and nationalist sentiment in the country. A journalist spends his entire life with this feeling. In the healthy environment of democracy, both agreement and disagreement have their own place and at present many newspaper groups of the country are carrying out this work very beautifully. Such has been the journey of Swadesh Group. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inaugurated the launch ceremony of Swadesh Jyoti newspaper by lighting a lamp at Apex Bank Coordination Bhawan on Tuesday. He congratulated the Chairman and Chief Editor of the newspaper group Rajendra Sharma on the launch of the new publication Dainik Swadesh Jyoti from Bhopal.

Swadesh raised the voice of the backward and deprived class Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that while facing struggles during the period of emergency, Swadesh newspaper protected democratic values. At present, along with print media, electronic media, new media (digital media) is also playing a role in nation building. In the program, Assembly Speaker Narendra Singh Tomar said that taking inspiration from the thoughts of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, Swadesh newspaper has always worked to raise the voice of the backward and deprived classes. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Minister Chaitanya Kashyap said that Swadesh newspaper has presented an ideal example of journalism by keeping strong nationalist ideas alive.

Swadesh awakened the spirit of nation first among the citizens Former Governor Captain Singh Solanki congratulated the Dainik Swadesh Jyoti management and said that Swadesh newspaper has played an important role in the reconstruction of the nation after the independence of the country. There was a huge difference of religion, language, caste, gender and rich-poor in the country. At such a time, Swadesh strengthened the nationalist ideas and the feeling of nation first among the citizens. Former Prime Minister Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee was also associated with this newspaper for a long time. Senior MP VD Sharma and senior leader Suresh Pachauri also addressed the program and wished the management. Senior journalist and editor-in-chief Rajendra Sharma presented the spirit and development journey of the newspaper to the people present at the ceremony. On this occasion, Minister of State for Backward Classes and Minority Welfare Krishna Gaur, Bhopal Mayor Malti Rai, former minister Dr. Narottam Mishra, Hitanand Sharma, Raghunandan Sharma, Swadesh Jyoti’s editor-in-chief Rajendra Sharma, Akshat Sharma and many public representatives and journalists were present.
