Preparations to give a new identity to Nainital: 27 schemes worth Rs 126 crore started, CM Dhami laid the foundation stone and inaugurated it

New dawn of development in Lalkuan: Launch of schemes worth Rs 126 crore!-Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has started a new development in Lalkuan. 27 schemes costing around Rs 126 crore have been inaugurated and foundation stones have been laid, which will transform the area.
Education, health and better facilities-These schemes include important aspects like education, health, roads, sewerage, cow protection, and city beautification. 9 schemes were inaugurated at a cost of about Rs 26 crore, while the foundation stone of 18 schemes was laid at a cost of more than Rs 100 crore. This will strengthen the infrastructure of the area and provide better facilities to the people. These schemes will add a new chapter in the development of the area.
Nainital will be rejuvenated-Chief Minister Dhami mentioned the goal of making Nainital an ideal district. Projects like Mental Hospital, Cancer Institute, Ayush Hospital, Open Gym, Astro Park, Bypass Road, Ring Road and Sports University will rejuvenate Nainital. Schemes like waste management and sewerage system have also been started to make Haldwani clean and green.
Terai region will get the benefit of development-The Jamrani Multipurpose Dam Project and the Industrial Smart City to be built in Khurpiya will give long-term benefits to the Terai region. Employment opportunities will increase and water management will also improve. These schemes have been made keeping in mind both the present and the future, which will lead to overall development of the region.
Cultural and social aspects-The focus of the government is not only on development, but also on maintaining cultural identity and social harmony. Strict action is being taken on issues like conversion, love jihad and land jihad. Uttarakhand has become the first state in the country to implement the Uniform Civil Code.
Emphasis on education and cow protection-Strict anti-copying law has been implemented in the state. Under the cow protection law, concrete steps have also been taken for cow protection. The government is committed to preserve cultural and religious values.
Zero tolerance against corruption-Zero tolerance policy has been adopted against corruption. More than 200 corrupt officials have been sent to jail in the last three years. The government is committed to ensuring transparency and accountability.
Better facilities for the public-In areas like Haldwani, Kaladhungi, Ramnagar, Betalghat, Bhimtal, many schemes related to cowshed construction, veterinary hospital, Ayurvedic building, polytechnic college, open gym, tourist accommodation house and water management have been inaugurated and foundation stone laid. These schemes will provide better facilities to the local people.
