Chief Secretary holds high level meeting of officers
Raipur, Independence Day celebrations in the state will be celebrated with dignity this year as well, like every year. A high level meeting of officers regarding the organization of Independence Day celebrations was held here today at Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain. In the meeting, extensive discussions were held regarding all the preparations for organizing the Independence Day celebrations. The state level function in the capital Raipur will be held at Police Parade Ground Raipur from 9 am. The Chief Secretary has given responsibility to the officer for various arrangements of the Independence Day celebrations.
A spectacular parade will be organized on the occasion of Independence Day celebrations. In which police, armed forces and NCC, students will participate. Complete arrangements for organizing the parade will be made by the Deputy Inspector General Chhattisgarh Armed Forces. Cultural programs will be presented by school children. Children participating in the program will be awarded prizes. The School Education Department will coordinate this. During the program, traffic, parking, traffic and security arrangements will be made by the Police Department. Complete arrangements for cleanliness etc. at the venue will be made by the Municipal Corporation of Raipur. The General Administration Department will issue necessary guidelines to the collectors for the programs to be organized at the district headquarters. Anbalgan, Secretary Agriculture Shehla Nigar, Secretary Transport Department Mr. S. Prakash, Secretary Commerce and Industry Department Ankit Anand, Secretary Skill Development and Technical Education S. Bharatidasan, Secretary Sports and Youth Welfare Mr. Himshikhar Gupta, along with senior officials of School Education Department, Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Public Relations, Home, Tribal Development and Scheduled Caste Development Department, Health, Culture and other departments participated in this meeting held through video conference.
