Pledge to make India self-reliant and developed by 2047: Governor
Bhopal. Governor Mangubhai Patel made the citizens pledge to make a self-reliant and developed India by 2047. Perform the duty of a responsible citizen in uprooting the mentality of slavery and strengthening the unity of the country and respecting those who protect the country. On Sunday, the Governor participated in the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra program organized at Gram Panchayat Sodhang of Ghatiya District Panchayat of Ujjain.
The Governor expressed happiness over the fact that eligible people who were left out due to various reasons in the camp organized during the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra are also being registered. This type of journey has never been undertaken before. Women are becoming self-reliant and empowered through various welfare schemes of the Centre. Concerned about women, Prime Minister Narendra Modi started the Ujjwala scheme. It is bearing the expenses of treatment of the poor through Ayushman Yojana. Women are becoming self-reliant through Livelihood Mission.
Governor Shri Patel said that the Prime Minister has made arrangements for a permanent roof over the heads of those who could never build a permanent house in their life. The Prime Minister is continuously receiving the blessings of the people of the country. He said that with everyone’s efforts India will become a world leader.
The government took care of all sections
MP Shri Anil Firoziya said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s guarantee is that the eligible beneficiaries get the benefits of all the government schemes and no beneficiary is deprived of government schemes. He said that even during the difficult times of Corona, the government took care of all sections. Free grains were distributed to the poor class people. Besides, free vaccine was also made available to everyone. Cases related to apportionment and demarcation under the Revenue Department will also be resolved expeditiously.
Ghattiya MLA Shri Satish Malviya welcomed the Governor by presenting him a Tulsi plant. A cultural program was presented by the students of Government Secondary School of village Sodhang. After this, the beneficiaries who benefited from government schemes shared their experiences under Meri Kahani-Meri Jubani.
Got a solid roof
Beneficiary Dinesh’s father Gangaram told that earlier he used to live in a kutcha house, which caused a lot of inconvenience to his family. They have got a permanent roof over their heads through PM Awas Yojana. Mother is receiving old age pension. The child was treated in Indore under the Ayushman Bharat scheme. Thanks to the Prime Minister for starting so many welfare schemes for the poor.
Another beneficiary Sushila said that she has received a gas connection under the Ujjwala scheme. Earlier there was a lot of trouble. Now after getting the gas connection, their food is ready in less time. There is plenty of time for other tasks.
Beneficiary Sapna Chauhan told that she has Shivshakti self-help group under Livelihood Mission. Many women are getting employment due to this. Besides, other women of the village are getting the benefits of Ujjwala Yojana, Garib Kalyan and Ayushman Yojana. Women are becoming self-reliant by joining the Livelihood Mission. Beneficiary Seema Rathore said that people in her village are getting the benefits of all the government schemes. Toilets have been constructed. Thanks to the Prime Minister for this.
In village Sodhang, a congratulatory letter was distributed to Sarpanch Mrs. Dhapubai for making 100 percent tap connection in the village under Jal Jeevan Mission. Apart from this, certificate of Model ODF, certificate of Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi, certificate of making 100% Ayushman Card, certificate for 100% screening of blood pressure was distributed to MLA Ghattiya Mr. Satish Malviya.
Under Atal Jyoti Yojana, certificate was distributed to beneficiary Mangilal. Check was given to self-help group under Livelihood Mission. New Ayushman card was given to Shri Bhanwar Singh. A check of Rs 9 lakh 80 thousand to Shri Prabhulal Kachhawa under Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, a check of Rs 4 lakh 86 thousand to beneficiary Sevaram under PMFME scheme, certificate to Class V student Khushi and Shanu Suryavanshi for their excellent performance in the examination. And Akash father Radheshyam of the village was given the award for his good performance at the state level in the cycle race. Under the NRLM scheme, a check of Rs 3 lakh was distributed to Mrs. Lalita Rathi for the saree industry.
