Collectors of Ambikapur, Kanker and Balod districts took stock of the preparations
In the first phase, applications will be taken from the people till 11 April
Raipur, 08 April 2025: People are also showing enthusiasm in Ambikapur, Balod and Kanker districts regarding the state-wide Sushasan Tihar. In these districts, people submitted their problems in the Samadhan Peti. Senior administrative officers including the Collector are continuously visiting the field areas and appealing to the people to apply for the solution of their problems. Arrangements have been made for Gram Panchayats, Janpad Panchayats, Urban Bodies, District Headquarters and Tehsil Office Samadhan Peti to take applications from the people. It is worth noting that under the guidance of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, Sushasan Tihar has been started from today, 8 April, with the aim of effective implementation of government welfare schemes and prompt communication and solution with all sections of the society. Under this campaign, applications are being taken from today till 11 April. In the second phase, these applications will be resolved by the concerned departments between 12 April and 4 May. In the third and final phase, Samadhan camps will be organized from 05 May to 31 May to resolve the problems of the general public, in which the applicants will be given prompt resolution of their applications as far as possible.
Public announcement to give information to the villagers Ambikapur Collector Vilas Bhoskar today visited various Gram Panchayats of development block Lakhanpur and Udaipur, Kevra, Kunwarpur, Andhla, Jajga, Udaipur, Sontarai and Dandgaon and reviewed the applications received under Sushasan Tihar. He directly communicated with the villagers and listened to their problems and instructed the officials to understand the problems of the common people in easy and simple language and help them in filling the application. He asked to publicize the information of Sushasan Tihar through public announcement, pamphlets and posters. Online application through Common Service Centre Kanker Collector Nileshkumar Mahadev Kshirsagar also visited various areas of the district and appealed to the people to apply for solution of their problems on Sushasan Tihar. He said that applications can also be given through Common Service Centre. Arrangement of Samadhan Peti in Haat Bazaars On the instructions of Balod District Collector Indrajit Singh Chandrawal, arrangement of Samadhan Peti has been made in Haat Bazaars as well as Gram Panchayats to take applications from people on Sushasan Tihar. Where officers and employees have been put on duty. Besides this, Samadhan Box has been set up in the Joint District Office as well as in the Janpad Panchayat and Tehsil offices of all the development block headquarters of the district to receive applications.
