Penalty on illegal advertisement, pamphlet, sticker without permission in Municipal Corporation area

Raipur. Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Raipur Abinash Mishra informed that Advertisement Registration and Regulation Bye-laws 2012 are effective for advertising work in Raipur Municipal Corporation area. According to which, advertisement has to be done in any government property and private properties after obtaining permission as per rules. If advertisement is done at any place without permission or government properties are defaced, then fine and legal action will be proposed as per rules in this regard, for which the advertiser himself will be responsible.
