Paris Olympics-2024: Punjab Police personnel are also showing their strength

Six personnel of Punjab Police are showing their strength in Paris Olympics-2024. DGP Gaurav said that these bravehearts will not only bring medals to the country but will also increase the pride of Punjab Police. He himself will felicitate these Punjab Police personnel when they win medals. Shooter Anjum Moudgil, shotput player Tajinder Singh Toor and hockey players Harmanpreet Singh, Manpreet Singh, Mandeep Singh and Shamsher Singh are included.

Anjum Moudgil
Anjum Moudgil hails from Chandigarh and is a shooter. She represents Punjab. She is a Sub Inspector rank officer in Punjab Police. She has won a gold medal in the South Asian Games. In the year 2019, Anjum ranked second in the world in the women’s 10m air rifle ISSF rankings. She emerged as India’s first-ranked shooter in the women’s 50m 3P. He has been awarded the Arjuna Award in 2019.

Tajinder Singh Toor

Tajinderpal Singh Toor is a shot put player. He has won the Asian Championship twice. Toor has won the gold medal in the Asian Games. He even holds the Asian record of 21.77 meters. He has been an officer in the Punjab Police, now he is in the rank of PTI officer in the Indian Navy.
