Panchayat employees got a big gift due to the efforts of Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma

Raipur, 01 December 2024: Due to the special efforts of Deputy Chief Minister and Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Vijay Sharma, the long-term demand of the employees of the Chief Minister Panchayat Empowerment Scheme has been fulfilled. Deputy Chief Minister Sharma released an allocation of Rs 1.76 crore to meet the pending demand of contract honorarium increase of a total of 330 faculty members, data entry operators, and fourth class employees working in various districts and Janpad Panchayat Resource Centers of the state under the Chief Minister Panchayat Empowerment Scheme. Today, the employees of the Chief Minister Panchayat Empowerment Campaign Scheme expressed their deep gratitude to Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma by making a courtesy visit to him. Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma encouraged all the employees and said that they should remain committed to continuously contribute for the capacity development of the representatives of the three-tier Panchayat Raj Institutions. He assured the employees that the government of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will always remain committed to protect their interests. He said that the state government led by Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will continue to work for the welfare of the employees at every level. He made it clear that the contribution of employees is an important pillar in the development journey of the state, and their problems will be solved on priority. He said that the morale of the employees will be further boosted through this financial support given by the government, which will increase both the speed and effectiveness of development works in the panchayats.
