On the initiative of the Chief Minister, contractual appointment orders of 7 specialist doctors and 35 medical officers have been issued to strengthen health services in the state.
National Health Mission issued order on the instructions of Health Minister
Rural and urban primary health centers, community health centers and district hospitals get new medical officers and specialist doctors
Raipur 31 December 2024: On the initiative of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, specialist doctors and medical officers have been appointed on contract posts under the National Health Mission, ensuring availability of adequate human resources for strengthening health services in the state and delivery of health services.
The doctors have been posted on the instructions of Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal. As per the order of National Health Mission, 06 medical officers have been appointed in government hospitals of Raipur division of the state, 12 medical officers in Bilaspur division, 05 medical officers in Surguja division, 06 medical officers in Bastar division and 06 medical officers in Durg division. Orders for posting of these new contract medical officers have been issued today by National Health Mission, Chhattisgarh. These doctors have been posted in various rural and urban primary health centers, community health centers and district hospitals of the respective district. The posting of new contract medical officer will speed up quick treatment and promote medical facilities. In the order issued for specialist doctors (contract), Dr. Amitabh Lalji Sahu, District Hospital Bemetara, Dr. Kshama Chopra, District Hospital Kabirdham, Dr. Nikita Khes, District Hospital Janjgir, Dr. Anu Ani John, District Hospital Mohla-Manpur-Ambagadh Chowki, Dr. Shoaib Khan District Hospital Pandri Raipur, Dr. Neel Madhav Gavel, District Hospital Raigarh and Dr. Mahima Nidhi George Government Medical College District Raigarh have been posted.
In the order issued for Medical Officer (contract) for Raipur division, Dr. Bharti Thakur, Dr. Haris Chaudhary, Dr. Ajit Kumar Patel, Dr. Ojaswi Gautam, Dr. Anoop Kumar Mehar, Dr. Shivendra Singh Marai are included. The names of Dr. Risha Jogi, Dr. Arshad Alam, Dr. Zeenat Sheikh, Dr. Pratiksha Singh, Dr. Lata Gupta, Dr. Praveen Kumar, Dr. Tejaswini Soni, Dr. Rajeshwar Prasad Kashyap, Dr. Virendra Kumar Sarwa, Dr. Rajendra Kumar Sahu, Dr. Suyash Aanchal, Dr. Anurag Yadav are in the order issued for Surguja division. The names of Dr. Abhishek Jaiswal, Dr. Niharika Kushwaha, Dr. Ankita Bada, Dr. Akanksha Minj, Dr. Anurag Singh Yadav are in the order issued for Medical Officer (contract) for Durg division. The names of Dr. Prakhar Janghel, Dr. Mukesh Kumar Verma, Dr. Neha Ramteke, Dr. Asmin Nisha, Dr. Shemon Singh Thakur, Dr. Surya Pratap Singh Thakur are in the order issued for Medical Officer (contract) for Durg division. In the order issued by the Medical Officer (Contract) for Bastar Division, Dr. Preeti Bhavani, Dr. Kavita Nag, Dr. Vaishali Sahu, Dr. Mehul Patel, Dr. Girdhar Gopal Yadav and Dr. Atul Raj Khatik have been posted.
