Raipur – Today, on the death anniversary of the former Chairman of Raipur Development Authority, Nar Singh Mandal, a brief floral tribute was organized at his statue site located in the New Rajendra Nagar Guru Ghasidas Colony Cultural Bhawan premises under the aegis of the Culture Department of Raipur Municipal Corporation, in collaboration with Zone 10. Municipal Corporation Culture Department Chairman Amar Gidwani, Zone 10 Chairman Sachin B. Meghani, former Municipal Corporation Councilor Sundarlal Rukhmani Jogi along with other dignitaries and social workers paid homage.
