NSE will remain closed on voting day on November 20, there will be no buying and selling of shares

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) said on Friday that November 20 has been declared a trading holiday due to voting for the assembly elections in Maharashtra.

There will be no trading in the capital market and futures and options segment on that day.

NSE said, “The exchange notifies Wednesday, November 20, 2024 as a trading holiday due to assembly elections in Maharashtra.”

BSE is also expected to announce this soon.
