For this, this facility is being provided in the Sugam app. Along with the registration of land or plot, the data will go to the Revenue Department, from where the transfer will be done easily.

At present, about eight thousand properties are registered every day in the state, due to which the buyer has to wait from one month to 90 days to get the transfer of land or plot done. For this, one has to visit the Tehsil and Patwari office. In view of this, the Revenue Department is now going to start the facility of instant transfer. This initiative will facilitate the Revenue Department as well as the applicants.

Revenue officials say that after the registration starts with the Sugam app, the registry will be done with complete transparency. Bhuinya records have been linked to the Sugam app, the process of registration will be done on the basis of the record that will be in it. All possibilities of error in the registry will be eliminated. In such a situation, the registry will be done only when the revenue record is correct and on the basis of this record, the transfer will also be done within 24 hours. At present, after getting the registry done, one has to go to the tehsil office to get the transfer done and apply there, but now the application is forwarded to the login ID of the Patwari and Tehsildar along with the registry. The application of the registrar starts getting displayed with the concerned Tehsildar. This will save time.
