Now dangerous turbulence in Air New Zealand plane

An Air New Zealand flight faced dangerous turbulence. Due to this turbulence, the heads of many passengers including crew members hit the ceiling of the plane. This incident happened on June 16, when the Airbus A320 was flying from Wellington to Queenstown. After this accident, the passengers shared their experience.

A passenger named Suze said, “The flight was in the air for 15 minutes when the drinking cart started falling down. When the cart stopped, there was a sharp shock in the plane. During this, a crew member flew in the air and his head hit the ceiling. Due to turbulence, hot coffee fell on a passenger.”

“There is nothing you can do about it. You are tied up. Turbulence will continue. You have to deal with the burns from hot coffee yourself,” the female passenger said. I managed to grab a cold bottle and started pouring it on myself. I tried to talk to the crew member who was on the ground. I asked him if I could use more bottles as that was all I could do at the moment. He allowed me to do so.
