Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that innovations are continuously expanding for developed India. Projects are being inaugurated and new schemes are being started in every corner of the country. In the first 75 days of the year 2024, projects worth more than Rs 11 lakh crore have been inaugurated and foundation stones laid. We will not let this pace of development slow down. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi was addressing the foundation stone laying ceremony and dedication to the nation of 6 thousand railway projects worth more than Rs 85,000 crore under the Modern Railways Program for Developed India from Ahmedabad. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav participated in the program held at Bhopal Railway Station.
Railways is becoming the new medium of self-reliant India – Prime Minister Modi
Prime Minister Modi said that Indian Railways is promoting tourism related to regional culture and faith, realizing the mantra of “heritage and development also”. Indian Railways is becoming a new medium for self-reliant India. It is also a powerful medium for vocal for local. More than 1500 stalls of One Station One Product have opened at the railway stations of the country. Our government is busy modernizing Indian Railways and connecting every corner of the country with the rail network. The country is moving towards 100% electrification of railways. The work being done for the rejuvenation of Railways is also guaranteeing new investment and creation of new jobs through investment.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Indian Railways is making an important contribution in changing the destiny of the country in modern times. After 2014, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has accelerated the development of Railways by changing many old traditions of Railways. Uniting the Union Budget and the Railway Budget has paved the way for the use of Government of India’s resources for the development of Railways. Due to his initiative the countrymen have experienced clean railway stations and world class railway facilities. The railway budget received by Madhya Pradesh used to be around Rs 275 crore before 2014, which has now become Rs 15000 crore. This is the effect of double engine government.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav thanked Prime Minister Shri Modi for the Khajuraho to New Delhi Vande Bharat train and the Nishatpura-Sant Hirdaram Nagar rail section under the Ramganjmandi-Bhopal new rail line project. New possibilities of development will be realized through this project and Khajuraho-New Delhi Vande Bharat train. The work on Nishatpura-Sant Hirdaram Nagar railway section at a cost of about Rs 65 crore will further ease rail traffic in Western Madhya Pradesh. He said that Prime Minister Shri Modi has given many gifts of railways to the state. The country’s best station has been developed in the form of Rani Kamalapati, it has also become a successful example of railway infrastructure development with private participation.
