Mp News : Tradition of Goddess Ahilya’s time continues in Indore

Indore. There was a lot of fanfare across the country today regarding Holika Dahan, celebrated before the festival of Holi. People across the country sacrificed their lives for evil with Holika Dahan. This festival was also celebrated with great pomp in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, where the royal family of Indore continued the age-old tradition by burning Holika. Indore Maharaj Richard Holkar performed Holika Dahan with full rituals.

On the occasion of Holika Dahan, Holika Dahan was done at Rajwada in Indore. Before Holika Dahan, Indore Maharaj Richard Holkar performed the puja as per the rituals. Maharaj Richard Holkar, who arrived wearing the traditional attire of Holkar royal family, said that the program of Holika Dahan has been organized since the time of our ancestors, we have continued it and the coming generations will also continue it.
