Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that our government is determined to stop polluted water from drains in Mother Narmada. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav announced an amount of Rs 15 crore for the construction works to stop polluted water from drains in Narmada. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav participated in the ‘Maa Narmada Jayanti Mahotsav’ and Narmadapuram Pride Day organized at Sethani Ghat in Narmadapuram district and inaugurated and performed Bhoomi Pujan of 32 development works worth Rs 191.34 crore. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav performed the aarti of Maa Narmada as per the rituals. MLAs Dr. Sitasharan Sharma, Mr. Vijay Pal Singh and Mr. Prem Shankar Verma, Rajya Sabha candidate Mrs. Maya Narolia and Municipality President Mrs. Neetu Mahendra Yadav, public representatives and devotees were present in the ceremony.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Narmadapuram will be made a holy city. For this, sale of meat in the open will be banned and liquor shops will remain one and a half kilometers away from the city. The use of loud speakers will also be controlled. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that AYUSH College will be opened in Narmadapuram, through which the students here will become doctors after getting Ayurveda education. Will bring glory to the state and country. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the story of Mother Narmada is unique, the whole life becomes blessed just by seeing Mother Narmada. The identity of Mother Narmada is different from all the rivers.
Mother India and our Sanatan culture have been blessed by God. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav congratulated Mother Narmada Jayanti and prayed for prosperity in the state, life blessed with divine water and happiness in everyone’s life with the blessings of Mother Narmada, the life giver.
MLA Dr. Sitasharan Sharma and Municipality President Mrs. Neetu Mahendra Yadav also addressed the function. A short film on Narmadapuram Pride Day was screened in the programme. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was honored by presenting him shawl, quince and memento.
Inauguration and Bhoomi Pujan of development works
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav inaugurated development works worth more than Rs 191 crore in the district and performed Bhoomi Pujan in the program of Mother Narmada Jayanti Mahotsav and City Pride Day. In which Bhoomi Pujan of works worth Rs 111.927 crores and inauguration of works worth Rs 79.422 crores was done. Mainly T1 Hathwas in village Surelakala under Pipariya, Pipariya to Jamara Bridge across Machhwasa River Hathwas cost Rs 4 crore 48 lakh, T1 Hathwas in village Jamara Pipariya to Jamara Bridge across Korni River Jamara cost Rs 5 crore 35 lakh, in Shivpur road under Seoni Malwa. Construction of over bridge at label crossing number 218 of Khandwa Itarsi section which cost Rs 36 crore 407 lakh, construction cost of CMrise school building in Sukhtawa cost Rs 33 crore 39 lakh, work under Jal Jeevan Mission in village Ranipur cost Rs 2 crore 85 lakh, Sohagpur under Sohagpur. Upgradation work of 30 bedded community health center development block Sohagpur, district Narmadapuram into 50 bedded civil hospital building cost 11 crore 35 lakhs, construction of government high school building in village Bhatgaon cost 9 crore 38 lakhs, construction of bypass road length 110 kilometers in village Paladevari which cost 1 crore 98 lakh, bypass road construction length 1.10 kilometer in village Borna Mittha costing 2 crore 9 lakh and works worth Rs 4 crore 65 lakh for construction of drains in various wards of the city under SDMF scheme in Municipal Council Narmadapuram under assembly constituency Narmadapuram. In this way, Bhoomi Pujan of works worth Rs 111.927 crore was performed.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has constructed 8.60 kilometer Kumhab Road in Mokalwada Gram Panchayat under Pipariya area, costing Rs 3 crore 24 lakh, construction of road length 8.50 kilometer from Machha Road to Ajera in village Ajera under Sohagpur, costing Rs 3 crore 88 lakh, Nayagaon to Tekapar in village Tekapar. Road construction length 12.50 kilometers cost 7 crore 13 lakhs, Bhatgaon road construction length 13.58 kilometers cost 18 crore 7 lakhs in Shobhapur, Makhannagar Sirwad Furtala road construction length 16.75 kilometers cost 27 crore 6 lakhs, Kishanpur village approved under Jal Jeevan Mission in Kishanpur. Work cost is Rs 47 lakh, Jal Jeevan Mission work cost Rs 54 lakh will be performed in village Ajera. Similarly, the cost of work under Jal Jeevan Mission in village Bikor under Makhannagar is Rs 90 lakh, the cost of work under Jal Jeevan Mission in village Bikori is Rs 19 lakh, the cost of work under Jal Jeevan Mission in village Gulaun is Rs 18 lakh, work under Jal Jeevan Mission in village Medhli. Cost 23 lakh, work under Jal Jeevan Mission in village Panwasa cost 16 lakh, work under Jal Jeevan Mission in Dolariya cost 24 lakh, work under Jal Jeevan Mission in village Khutia cost 14 lakh, cost under Jal Jeevan Mission in village Mudapar cost 21 lakh, Will inaugurate works worth Rs 76 lakh under Jal Jeevan Mission in village Kharda.
