Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of 1500 road over bridges/underpasses for the rejuvenation of 554 railway stations of the country at a cost of Rs. 41 thousand crore under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme for modern and fast railways through video conferencing. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Modi, construction work worth Rs 77 thousand crores is going on in the state, railway facilities are continuously expanding in the state, and we will get world class railway stations and rail facilities with new technology and new systems. Bhopal-Sehore-Raisen, Bhopal-Vidisha, Ujjain-Indore and Ujjain-Dewas will be developed in a coordinated manner.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that along with increase in industry and employment, many schemes are being run for the progress of women, youth and weaker sections. There will be no shortage of funds for any scheme. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav approved the proposals put before him by Sehore Municipality. He said that the development of Bhopal and Sehore will be done in a coordinated manner on the basis of twin city. By connecting both the cities, a plan for overall development of means of transport, residential projects and employment opportunities will be implemented. Ujjain-Indore, Ujjain-Dewas, Bhopal-Vidisha, Bhopal-Sehore-Raisen etc. will also be developed in a coordinated manner during Amrit Kaal by 2047.
The country will achieve all-round development in the coming years under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Modi.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav unveiled the stone plaques of redevelopment projects of railway stations of the state. In the program, Prime Minister Shri Modi laid the foundation stone for the redevelopment of 33 stations in Madhya Pradesh as well as laid the foundation stone and inaugurated 133 Road Over Bridges (ROBs) and underpasses. Among the 33 railway stations of the state for which the foundation stone was laid for redevelopment, Sehore, Jabalpur, Bina, Ashoknagar, Khirkiya, Sanchi, Shajapur, Beohari, Bargawan, Narsinghpur, Pipariya, Indore, Ujjain, Mandsaur, Maksi, Nagda, Neemuch, Shujalpur. , Khachrod, Balaghat, Chhindwara, Khandwa, Mandla Fort, Nainpur, Seoni, Anuppur, Shahdol, Umaria, Bijuri, Morena, Harpalpur, Datia and Bhind stations. ROBs include two ROBs of Jabalpur Railway Division and four ROBs of Bhopal Railway Division. Under the underpass, work will be done at one place in Jabalpur and two places in Bhopal division. It is noteworthy that ROB/underpass is built to eliminate manned level crossing gates.
