Mp News : Firewood sales centers will be set up for Holika Dahan in Bhopal city.

With the objective of the Forest Department to provide easy access to firewood for Holika Dahan to the residents of Bhopal on the festival of Holi, sales centers at discounted rates will be available at various places in the city on March 24, 2024.

Forest Conservator and ex-officio Forest Divisional Officer, General Forest Division, Bhopal, Mr. Alok Pathak said that fuel is available at concessional rates in Ahmedpur Depot, Vitthal Market, Kolar Journalist Colony, Sarvdharma Colony, Govindpura, Jahangirabad, Bairagarh, Mangalwara, Mayur Vihar and Imam Bada of Bhopal city. Wood will be made available at the rate of Rs 8.16 per kg from 10 am to 3 pm. Temporary depots will be set up for one day only.
