Mp News: Engineering colleges will be developed in Madhya Pradesh on the lines of IIT: Chief Minister
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that Indian culture is vibrant and research based. Due to this characteristic of our culture, research has been continuously encouraged in our country for thousands of years. It is our resolve that engineering colleges of the state will be developed on the lines of IITs in Madhya Pradesh. Campuses similar to IIT will be prepared. Students of engineering colleges will also be able to learn from the dissemination of knowledge taking place from IIT. The vision of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has given impetus to the efforts to make India a leading country in the technology sector. Establishment of satellite campus will give a new direction to technical education in Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was today addressing the inauguration program of the Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship Experiential Learning Center (Deep-Tech Research and Discovery Centre) organized at the Government Engineering College, Ujjain. Union Minister, Ministry of Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, while addressing virtually, said that Madhya Pradesh will be made the center of new knowledge tradition.
