Mp News : Electricity bill payment centers will remain open even during holidays.

Under the jurisdiction of Central Region Electricity Distribution Company, bill payment centers will continue to function like normal working days on March 16 (Saturday) and March 17 (Sunday). Similarly, electricity bills can be deposited at the payment center on March 23 (Saturday) and March 24 (Sunday) also. Electricity bill payment centers will also remain open on March 29 (Friday), Good Friday, March 30 (Saturday) and March 31 (Sunday).

Under Bhopal city circle, all the zonal offices under the four city divisions i.e. West, East, South and North divisions and bill payment centers in Danish Nagar, Misrod, Mandideep will remain open like normal working days even on holidays. There is an appeal to the electricity consumers that they can pay the bill through cash from the POS machine in the zonal office of the capital and also through online mode. The company has also given instructions that power distribution centers/bill payment centers in all the 16 districts of the company’s jurisdiction will remain open even on holidays. All field general managers have been directed for this.
