Monsoon will show effect in next five days, heavy rain expected in some areas

With the increase in monsoon activity in Chhattisgarh, the mood of the weather has also changed completely. Along with Raipur, it is raining in various areas of the state. The Meteorological Department says that the activity of rain will increase further in the state for the next five days, along with the possibility of heavy rain in some areas.

Due to rain, the maximum temperature has also come down and people have got some relief from humidity. On Saturday, the maximum temperature of Raipur was recorded at 32.9 degree Celsius. Since Saturday morning, various areas of the state including Raipur remained cloudy.

Rain water filled in many areas
The mood of the weather changed in the afternoon and Raipur also received good rain. Due to rain, there was also a situation of waterlogging in some areas. Along with this, on Saturday, nine cm of rain fell in Kusmi-Raghunathnagar-Ambikapur, seven cm in Kutru-Chhura-Ramanujgar, 6 cm in Baikunthpur-Simga-Baloda.
