Mobile courts will be set up for the disabled
Bhopal. Mobile courts will be set up in the state to resolve the problems of the disabled. In these courts, the problems of the disabled related to the schemes run by the state and central government under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act-2016 will be resolved on the spot. A meeting was held in the Commissioner for Disabled Office under the chairmanship of MP Sidhi Dr. Rajesh Mishra regarding the arrangements for the mobile courts. Red Cross Society President Dr. Gagan Kole, Secretary Ramendra Singh and Dr. Deepmala Rawat were present in the meeting.
State Commissioner for Disabled Sandeep Rajak said that it has been decided to organize mobile courts at the district level for quick resolution of the problems of the disabled. The first mobile court of the state will be organized in Sidhi and Singrauli districts on October 17. In the mobile courts, the problems faced by the disabled in getting the benefits of the schemes of the central and state government will be resolved on the spot. In this, the provision of disability certificate, UDID card, wheel-chair, motorized tricycle, crutches, prosthetic limbs, hearing aids and loan for self-employment to the disabled persons of sickle cell and multiple disability category will also be reviewed.
