Raipur. Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade today performed Bhoomi Pujan of New Rest House in village Kudargarh of Odgi development block of Surajpur district. MLA Premnagar Shri Bhulan Singh Maravi was also present on this occasion. New circuit house is being constructed by Public Works Department at a cost of about 03 crores. During this, Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade reached Mata Bageshwari Dham in Kudargarh and prayed for the happiness, prosperity and happiness of the people of the state by visiting Maa.
Minister Smt. Rajwade said that Kudargarh is famous for its religious beliefs and there are immense possibilities of tourism here. She said that the construction of new rest house will also promote tourism.
It is worth noting that an old temple of Maa Bageshwari is established in the ancient Kudargarh Dham of Surajpur district, the history of this ancient Kudargarh Dham is also full of very interesting beliefs. Due to this specialty, devotees come here not only from nearby districts but also from neighboring states.
