Meeting of engineers in the corporation to make the maintenance system of gardens effective and to improve its quality

Raipur :Today, a meeting of the engineers of the Municipal Corporation Garden Department was held in the headquarters building of Municipal Corporation Raipur as per the instructions of Municipal Corporation Commissioner Mr. Abinash Mishra in the presence of Additional Commissioner Mr. Vinod Pandey, Chief Engineer Mr. U.K. Dhalendra, Superintending Engineer Mr. Rajesh Rathore, Executive Engineer Mr. D.K. Paikra, Anshul Sharma, Assistant Engineer Sohan Gupta, Assistant Engineer related to gardens of all zones of Municipal Corporation, Deputy Engineer.
In the meeting, the engineers were instructed to conduct regular inspection for the maintenance of gardens and ensure work as per the set parameters. It was directed that all the engineers should ensure immediate action on the complaints of the citizens. To ensure the quality of the gardens, instructions have been given to follow the standards and guidelines set in maintenance. It has been directed that all engineers will regularly inspect the gardens in their area and monitor the arrangements there.
Municipal Corporation Commissioner Mr. Abinash Mishra has directed the engineers that the city’s gardens are not only the heritage of our environment, but are also important for the entertainment and physical health of the citizens. All engineers will have to ensure through regular inspection that there is no deficiency in the quality and maintenance of the gardens.
In the meeting, Chief Engineer Mr. U.K. Dhalendra directed that all officers should ensure that the set standards are followed in the gardens of their area. Timely resolution of complaints and regular inspection should be the priority in each zone. In the meeting, the quality and utility of the gardens will be improved by encouraging sponsorship and citizen participation. Special emphasis was given on this. The decisions of the meeting will be implemented immediately in all the zones. All engineers of the garden department will be responsible for regular inspection and reporting. It will be ensured that there is no negligence in the maintenance of the gardens.
