Mass yoga practice was held in Raj Bhavan under the leadership of Governor Mangubhai Patel

Bhopal: Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel led the mass yoga practice at Raj Bhavan on the occasion of 11th International Yoga Day. About 150 participants along with Governor Shri Patel took part in the mass yoga practice program. International Yoga Day program was held in Sandipani Auditorium of Raj Bhavan. The Visakhapatnam program of International Yoga Day organized on the theme “One Earth-One Health” under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi was also telecast live. Additional Chief Secretary to Governor Shri KC Gupta was also present in the yoga practice program.
Various yoga asanas were practiced. Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel practiced various yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation activities in the mass yoga practice program. Mainly cervical movement, shoulder movement, Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Padhastasan, Katichakrasana, Dandasana, Vajrasana, Butterfly Asana, Ushtrasana, Shashankasana, Uttanmandukasana, Vakrasana, Makarasana, Setubandha Asana, Uttanpadasana, Pawanmuktasana and Shavasana were done. After the asanas, Kapalabhati, Anulom-Vilom, Bhramari, etc. Pranayama were done. The group yoga program concluded with clapping and laughing therapy. Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel was welcomed by presenting a flower bouquet at the beginning of the International Yoga Day program. Governor Shri Patel presented a certificate to Yoga Guru Shri Rajiv Jain at the end of the program.
