Mangal Dals of Uttarakhand got a big gift, now the youth of every village will become a partner of change

 CM Dhami’s special dialogue with the youth: Increase in incentive amount and new schemes- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami had a special conversation with the youth and Mahila Mangal Dals of the state and took many important decisions. Let’s know about the whole conversation: Increase in incentive amount: Initiative to make the youth stronger  Chief Minister Dhami has increased the incentive amount for Mangal Dals. Now they will get Rs 5000 instead of Rs 4000. This decision will help the youth to do better work in the villages. The government believes that this financial help will increase the enthusiasm of the youth and they will be more active in their work. This will also accelerate the pace of development in the villages. New policy to make Mangal Dals self-reliant: Door to new opportunities CM Dhami has decided not to limit Mangal Dals to working only during festivals or disasters. The government will bring a new policy to make them self-reliant. In this, loan and digital training will be provided on easy terms. With this, the youth will learn new technology and will be able to do their work in a better way. Also, a state-level portal will also be created so that all Mangal Dals can connect with each other and share information with each other.

Important contribution of Mangal Dals in social service: Heartbeat of villages  The Chief Minister praised the contribution of Mangal Dals in social service, preservation of culture and disaster management. He said that these Dals not only keep our traditions alive but also spread awareness in the society. They have an important role in the development of villages and they strengthen the social consciousness of the state. Their work is bringing positive change in the society. Leading role in disaster management: Responsibility of ‘First Responder’ CM Dhami said that Mangal Dal is the first to reach for help during a disaster. These teams also play an important role in government awareness campaigns. The government has decided to give an amount of Rs 50,000 to Rs 3.5 lakh for their financial help so that they can start self-employment.

Self-reliance and sports schemes: For the all-round development of youth A provision of Rs 5 crore has been made for ‘Mukhyamantri Yuva Mangal Dal Swavalamban Yojana’, Rs 2 crore for ‘Mukhyamantri Gramin Khelkud Evam Swasthya Samvardhan Yojana’ and Rs 60 crore for ‘Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana’. These schemes will help the youth in developing leadership skills along with financial help. Budget for stopping migration and fairs: For the development of the state A provision of Rs 10 crore has been made for the ‘Mukhyamantri Migration Prevention Scheme’ and more than Rs 21 crore for Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Rural Skill Scheme. The government is also providing financial assistance in organizing fairs and festivals to promote folk culture. Suggestions of the youth and assurance of the Chief Minister: Hearing and solution In the conversation, the youth gave many suggestions, such as increase in incentive amount, inclusion in government meetings, website for information about government schemes, digital training and fitness programs. The Chief Minister listened to all the suggestions seriously and assured positive action.

A step towards empowering the youth- It is clear from this dialogue that the Uttarakhand government is working to bring forward the youth and Mahila Mangal Dals not only in support but also in the role of leadership. This step will play an important role in the development of the state.
