Madhya Pradesh will become a new hub of medical and pharmaceutical manufacturing: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav
bhopal: On the second day of his Japan tour, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav met Mr. Daiki Arai, Director of AND Medical Company in Tokyo and discussed in detail the opportunities for medical equipment manufacturing in Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav described the 75-acre medical and pharmaceutical park being developed in Ujjain as the best destination for global investors. He said that Madhya Pradesh is developing as a new hub in the field of medical and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, while inviting for investment in the ultramodern Medical Device Park of Ujjain, said that the Madhya Pradesh government is providing land to industrial units at concessional rates. He described this park as an important center of India’s rapidly developing health care and medical device sector. Here advanced infrastructure, incentive schemes being given by the state government, special opportunities are available for investors. Dr. Yadav, while inviting investment in the field of Madhya Pradesh health care, medical equipment manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, assured that the state government will provide all possible support to facilitate their business. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav informed that availability of land at concessional rates in the state, special incentive scheme for medical device, biotech and pharma companies, facilities like better logistics and connectivity attract more and more investment in Madhya Pradesh. A&D Medical Director Mr. Daiki Arai showed special interest in setting up his manufacturing unit in Madhya Pradesh and said that he would start it by the end of this year. It is worth mentioning that Japan’s A&D Medical Company manufactures medical equipment and health monitoring products globally.
