Madhya Pradesh Utsav will provide an opportunity to know and understand MP: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav
Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that Madhya Pradesh is a rich state in terms of cultural, historical, archaeological, tribal heritage, tourism, art, lifestyle and various cuisines etc. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that a unique 4-day “Madhya Pradesh Utsav” has been organized in the country’s capital to introduce the people of Delhi and other states to the rich, cultural heritage of the heart of the country (Madhya Pradesh). Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said this on Friday by inaugurating the “Madhya Pradesh Utsav” in a colourful manner at Madhya Pradesh Bhawan in Delhi. On the initiative of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, Madhya Pradesh Utsav has been organized on a large scale for the first time in Delhi, which will run from 30 August to 2 September 2024.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that with the organization of Madhya Pradesh Utsav, the people of Delhi and tourists from other states will get a chance to know the rich diversity of the culture and other aspects of Madhya Pradesh, the heart of the country. Visitors will not only know and understand the rich heritage of the state but will also be able to enjoy the dishes made from ‘Shrianna’ in super food along with the special dishes made in different regions of diverse Madhya Pradesh.
MP’s heritage showcased through exhibition
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the Archaeological Department has done excellent work in Madhya Pradesh. The department is successfully doing the challenging task of restoring ancient dilapidated temples and shrines. He praised the ‘Heritage of Madhya Pradesh’ exhibition organized by the Directorate of Archaeology, Archives and Museum. In the exhibition organized in Madhya Pradesh Utsav, on one hand, Gond artists’ paintings have been honored and on the other hand, an innovative effort has been made to make everyone aware of the rock paintings of Bhimbetka, which are about 10 thousand years old.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav took a selfie at the selfie point of the Public Relations Department’s exhibition. Appreciating the exhibition, he wrote in the visitor’s book that “Madhya Pradesh Utsav has been organized in a very good manner and in a suitable manner, congratulations.” Sports and Youth Welfare and Cooperation Minister Shri Vishwas Sarang and officials and spectators were also present in the program.
