Madhya Pradesh Tourism gets ‘Best Tourism State of the Year’

Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Tourism Department was awarded ‘Best Tourism State of the Year’ at the prestigious Travel and Tourism Conclave and Awards held in New Delhi. This honour is a proof of the remarkable work and achievements done by the state in the tourism sector. The Tourism Department is innovating to promote the unique natural beauty, rich cultural heritage, and world-class tourist destinations of the state. The department is improving infrastructure, connectivity at tourist destinations, and creating new employment opportunities for the local community. Due to this, Madhya Pradesh has become a favorite destination for tourists from the country and abroad. Principal Secretary, Tourism and Culture Department and Managing Director, MP Tourism Board, Shri Shiv Shekhar Shukla expressed happiness and said that this honour will give further impetus to our efforts to provide a unique experience to the tourists in the state. We will continue to strive to make Madhya Pradesh more prosperous from the tourism point of view.
