During the site inspection of Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra, negligence was found in the cleaning work in Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Ward Number 31, which falls under Municipal Corporation Zone Number 9. Municipal Corporation Zone 9 Zone Commissioner Mr. Santosh Pandey, on finding negligence in cleaning work during the site inspection of the Commissioner, as per the instructions of the Commissioner, cleaning supervisor of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Ward No. 31 of Zone 9 (Basic Post Cleaning Worker) Rajendra Langote has been suspended with immediate effect. Pandit Motilal Nehru Zone 9 Zone Commissioner has imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 on Nand Gopal, the contracted cleaning contractor of Ward No. 8, for finding filth in Ward No. 8 and less than the prescribed number of cleaning workers, giving a strict warning for the future. During the commissioner’s inspection, a clear warning was given that the cleanliness system in the wards should be improved immediately, otherwise in case the contract should be canceled as per the rules, tender should be called again as per rules and the concerned contractor should be blacklisted.
