Bhopal. The information about eligibility required to avail the benefits of the state government schemes can now be easily found out from the “Eligibility App”. Now it will also be easily known that if there is eligibility, then how and where to apply for the benefit. Which necessary documents will have to be submitted.

With the use of this “Eligibility App”, now one will not have to make rounds to government offices for general information related to schemes. Also, one will get rid of active people who lure people to get the benefits of government schemes.

At present, information about 37 types of schemes of 10 departments is included in the “Eligibility App”. Soon the schemes of all the departments will be brought on the “Eligibility” app and it will be linked to the website of all the departments.

The maximum information about the schemes is of the Labor and Health departments. Apart from this, information about Janman Awas and individual toilet construction is also available in the app.

Panchayat, Rural Development and Labor Minister Shri Prahlad Patel has urged the organizations, institutions and Panchayat Raj representatives working for labor welfare to use the “Patrata” app as an accessible reference to inform the common citizens coming in contact with them about the schemes.

It is worth mentioning that the “Patrata” app has been specially designed for the common citizens on the initiative of Gwalior District Administration. It is an Android based application which can be easily downloaded from Google Play Store. The citizen using it will be able to know where to apply to avail the benefits of the schemes. His application will reach the concerned department through the application.

Generally, information about the schemes is available on online platforms and web pages. Despite this, common citizens are unable to reach them. The concerned department is also unable to maintain continuous information contact with the potential beneficiaries. Due to this, the potential beneficiaries of the schemes spend labor and energy by repeatedly visiting the officers and employees in the departments. Those who are elderly or disabled also face problems. In this way, due to loss of information contact, people who deceive people by promising benefits of schemes become active. By using this “Eligibility” app, many types of obstacles will now be removed.

How to use “Eligibility” app?

“Eligibility” app can be used by logging in or without logging in. It can be downloaded from Google App Store. By providing 10 general information prescribed in it, information about eligibility regarding potential schemes can be obtained. In this, both the address and email of the office related to the scheme are given. The eligibility criteria are given in the application and a list of documents required to avail the benefits is given. There is also brief information about what will be the benefits of the scheme.

The biggest facility is that a format of application is also given in it. The address of the department related to the scheme, the address of the office of the department, the name of the concerned officer and the official email of the office are given. Through this, the applications will also reach the concerned office. After this, the concerned department will contact the applicants. Their eligibility related documents will be verified and it will be resolved.
