Kiwi team announced against India

The New Zealand Cricket Board has announced its team for the 3 Test match series against India. The series will start on October 16 in Bengaluru, while the second Test will be played in Pune from October 24 and the third in Mumbai from November 1. New Zealand’s star batsman Kane Williamson will not be able to play in the initial matches of this series.

It is difficult for Kane Williamson to play in the second Test against Sri Lanka due to a groin injury. Although he has been included in the team, but given his injury, he will initially be out of the team and will do rehabilitation. Team selector Sam Wells has expressed hope that Williamson can join the team in the middle of the series. Mark Chapman has been included in his place as cover.
