Bhopal: The message of Lord Shri Ram and Lord Krishna and Indian culture has been spread all over the world by ISKCON. ISKCON’s role in the spread of Indian culture is global. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav was addressing the Bhoomi Pujan program of ISKCON temple in village Mainpani of Sagar district from the NIC room of Collectorate, Ujjain. He said that Bundelkhand region is a land that believes in the ideals of Gopal Krishna. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav virtually laid the foundation stone of the grand ISKCON temple to be built in the hills of Mainpani in Sagar district at a cost of about Rs 50 crore. MLA Anil Jain Kaluhera was also present in the Ujjain NIC room. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that ISKCON International has played an important role in spreading the thoughts and ideals of Lord Krishna to the people in the country and abroad. He said that every word uttered by Lord Krishna has been compiled in 18 chapters, which we call “Bhagavad Gita”. ISKCON International has an important role in spreading them to the people. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the sun of Sanatan culture is rising on Akshaya Tritiya in Sagar district. Bundelkhand is the land of Mahavirs. In such a situation, there will be a wonderful coordination of the events of the life of Lord Shri Ram and Shri Krishna.
Appreciation of the family who gave land for the temple Chief Minister Dr. Yadav praised Vivek Yadav and his contribution who provided land for the construction of the temple. He said that efforts are being made for development in all areas in the state. When the society becomes a partner with the government, then even the tasks considered impossible become possible. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also congratulated all the associates associated with this project and all the public representatives present including regional MPs, ministers, MLAs for the Bhoomi Pujan program of ISKCON Mandir. We get happiness and peace from sanskars Addressing the program, Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Prahlad Singh Patel said that sanskars are needed in today’s era. We get happiness and peace from sanskars and can also live our life happily. He said that followers of ISKCON temple live outside and inside India. Now the people of Sagar along with the entire Bundelkhand will get an opportunity to worship Lord Krishna through ISKCON temple. He said that we congratulate the ISKCON temple family for promoting religion.
Opportunities for employment and tourism will increase Food Civil Supplies Minister Govind Singh Rajput said that when the temple is built in Sagar, the people of Sagar will get employment and tourism opportunities. He said that it is a matter of pride for Sagar that ISKCON temple is being constructed here. Minister Rajput said that ISKCON International has followers all over the world, who will now come to Sagar. He said that ISKCON Temple Trust does social service along with religion.
Development will also happen by building a grand and divine temple MP Mrs. Lata Wankhede said that through ISKCON temple, we will now have complete knowledge of Bhagavad Gita. He said that with the construction of this grand and divine temple, the entire Bundelkhand including Sagar will develop. Naryavli assembly constituency is becoming religious. Naryavli MLA Pradeep Laria said that today Naryavli assembly constituency is becoming a religious assembly constituency. Not only ISKCON temple, but Sant Shiromani Ravidas temple, Parshuram temple and other big temples are taking shape in this assembly constituency. He said that when this temple takes shape on this holy land of Mainpani, then its form will be different and there will be development in the field of religion along with tourism. ISKCON International’s Zonal Secretary Param Pujya Mahamana Prabhuji also addressed the function.

Mainpani will become a tourist center Mainpani is an important area from the point of view of natural beauty. It is a mountainous region located very close to Sagar city. The Madhya Pradesh government is giving priority to religion and tourism. In this regard, Mainpani will become an important tourist center in the coming future after the construction of ISKCON temple. Sagar has importance in the field of higher education due to the only central university in the state. Sagar will also get the benefit of the progress being made in the industrial sector on a large scale. With the start of many projects, the economy of the entire region will change. An important project like Ken-Betwa will be beneficial for Sagar as well as the nearby districts. Work is also being done in Sagar to develop Sant Ravidas Memorial and other places of archaeological and tourist importance.
