IRC’s 83rd Annual Meeting: Discussion on road construction, research and quality control

Raipur. Road construction, research and quality control were discussed through various sessions on the third day of the 83rd Annual Session of the Indian Road Congress held at Science College Ground in the capital Raipur.

In today’s technical session, presentations were made by experts on ‘Road research work done in India’. After this, the officials of the Public Works Department, local bodies and public sector undertakings of the state government discussed the latest technologies related to road construction. After this, presentations were shared by various departments of the state government in which the review of annual works as well as future strategies were also discussed.
