The IPL has shortlisted 574 players from an initial list of 1,574 registered players, and with three more added, a total of 577 players will be available for bidding. Out of these, 367 are Indian players and 210 are international stars. All 10 teams will be filling a maximum of 204 slots. Players are categorized into 79 different sets based on their expertise, including capped and uncapped batsmen, all-rounders, wicketkeepers, fast bowlers, and spinners.
