Mumbai vs Rajasthan: So, yesterday’s IPL game? Mumbai Indians totally crushed Rajasthan Royals! It was a landslide victory – Mumbai won by a whopping 100 runs! That puts them at the top of the league table now. Mumbai batted first and smashed 217 runs, losing only 2 wickets. Can you believe it? Rohit Sharma and Rickelton were on fire! They started like rockets and put on a fantastic partnership of over 100 runs. Rickelton played an amazing innings, scoring 61 runs off just 38 balls. Rohit wasn’t far behind, making 53 runs off 36 balls – his third fifty of the season! Hardik Pandya and Suryakumar Yadav also finished strong, both scoring 48 runs not out. Mumbai’s total was just unstoppable! Rajasthan, chasing that huge score, just couldn’t keep up. They lost wickets quickly. Jofra Archer top-scored for them with 30 runs, but it wasn’t nearly enough. They were all out for a measly 117 runs. Karn Sharma and Trent Boult were the star bowlers for Mumbai, taking 3 wickets each.
This loss means Rajasthan is out of the playoffs. It was a tough day for them, but Mumbai played incredibly well. What a game!
