Instructions to stop 2 salary increments of DGM Electricity Distribution Company
Bhopal: Energy Minister Pradyuman Singh Tomar conducted a surprise inspection of the call centre located at Govindpura of Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company last night. He directed to stop two salary increments of DGM Morena Abhishek Chaurasia for not resolving the problems of electricity consumers on time. Energy Minister Tomar spoke to DGM Bhopal City East Zone and DGM Raisen from the call centre itself and expressed deep displeasure over the delay in resolving problems. He also spoke to consumer Narendra Singh of Gormi village of Bhind district and obtained information regarding his problem. Tomar directed that there should not be call waiting on the call centre’s helpline number 1912. The call centre in-charge said that normally 300 to 350 phone calls are received in an hour. He also inspected the SCADA centre and Smart Meter Monitoring Centre.
