Bhopal. Huge crowd joined the last rites of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav’s father Poonamchand Yadav. Prominent ministers of the central and state government, public representatives and social workers joined the last rites. Everyone paid floral tributes and had the last darshan and prayed to God to grant him a place in his feet. Social organizations from various platforms paid tribute by showering flowers on the route of the last rites.
Late Poonamchand Yadav’s last rites reached Bhookhi Mata from his personal residence Geeta Colony via Sakdia Sultan Temple, Khajur Wali Masjid, Budhwariya, Nikas Chauraha, Teliwara, Kanthal, Satigate, Chhatri Chowk, Gopal Mandir, Dhaba Road, Badapul, Kartik Mela Ground, where the last rites were performed on the banks of Kshipra. His eldest sons Shri Narayan Yadav and Shri Nandlal Yadav lit the funeral pyre of the mortal remains.
Karnataka Governor Thawarchand Gehlot, who attended the last rites of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav’s father Poonam Chand Yadav, while paying tribute said that Late Poonam Chand Yadav proved the meaning of life by being a Karma Pradhan. Assembly Speaker Narendra Singh Tomar said that it is the result of the virtues of Late Yadav’s life that one of his sons is serving the eight crore people of the state. Union Minister Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia, while paying tribute said that parents provide shade like a Banyan tree. Late Yadav established his family by struggling in life and had a feeling of love towards everyone. Urban Development and Housing Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya said that no one can take the place of parents in the world. Parents are like God. It is unbearable when hardworking parents leave this world.
