Haj 2025: Uttarakhand Pilgrims Get a Boost with Vaccination Drive!

Dehradun: Great news for folks from Uttarakhand heading to Haj in 2025! To keep everyone safe and healthy, the State Haj Committee is kicking off a big vaccination program. This means all selected pilgrims will get shots for things like meningitis, the flu, and OPV.

Vaccinations are Starting for Uttarakhand’s Haj Travelers  The head honcho at the Uttarakhand State Haj Committee has asked the Director General of Medical and Health Services to make sure everything runs smoothly. Just like before, these vaccination camps will pop up in different towns across the state. There will be doctors and nurses on hand, and they’ll be extra careful to note down the vaccine batch numbers, expiration dates, and stamps on everyone’s health cards.

Here’s the Scoop on When and Where to Get Vaccinated

• May 3, 2025: For the 202 pilgrims from Jaspur, Kashipur, and Bazpur in Udham Singh Nagar district, head to Hotel Corbett (near the Design Centre) on Moradabad Road in Kashipur.
• May 3, 2025: The 30 pilgrims from Ramnagar (Nainital) will get their shots at Eidgah, Ward No. 11, Mohalla Khatari, Ramnagar.
• May 4, 2025: The 63 pilgrims from Haldwani, Almora, Bageshwar, and Champawat areas will be vaccinated in Haldwani.
• May 6, 2025: The 325 pilgrims from Haridwar and Pauri Garhwal districts will go to Haj House, Piran Kaliyar, Roorkee.
• May 7, 2025: And finally, the 304 pilgrims from Dehradun will get their shots at Madrasa Jamia Ul Uloom, Preeti Enclave, Majra, Dehradun.
