Governor Patel laid the foundation stone for the reconstruction work of Raj Bhavan temple
Bhopal. Governor Mangubhai Patel laid the foundation stone for the reconstruction work of Raj Bhavan temple on the occasion of Vijayadashami festival. He performed worship with Vedic rituals on the occasion of foundation stone laying. Governor Shri Patel inquired about the proposed project of temple strengthening work.
Governor Shri Patel asked the construction agency to pay special attention to the quality of work. He said that along with the quality of work, the time limit should also be ensured. Governor Shri Patel was told that the total cost of temple strengthening renovation work is 84 lakh 13 thousand one hundred rupees. In this project, civil work of Rs 76 lakh 96 thousand and electric work of Rs 7 lakh 16 thousand will be done. A total of 27 hundred square feet temple hall, 1120 square feet dining hall and Bhandara room will be built. The kitchen will be constructed in 560 square feet.
On this occasion, Chief Engineer Public Works Mr. Sanjay Maske, Special Duty Officer to the Governor Mr. Arvind Purohit, Controller Household Raj Bhavan Mrs. Shilpi Diwakar, officers of Civil, Electrical branch of Public Works Department and construction agency, other officers and employees of Raj Bhavan were present.
